An NRI Company Director Dr.T.S.Viswanath (VISH) is a Doctorate Degree holder in International Management, a Chartered Marketeer, a  Chartered Manager with finance and engineering  background and also Lloyd’s Register certificate holder in ISO 9000 Quality Management System Assessment.
     
Dr.Vish is dynamic, creative and an analytical team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and more than 35 years experience in multinational/multidivisional companies – Daimler Chrysler, Mitsubishi Motors, Volkswagen and Audi - of which 25 years at top management level. The last assignment was as Director and General manager of Volkswagen and Audi operations in Muscat.

                                                                 

             The Director, Mrs.Padma Vish  is a Graduate in Political Science from the University of Bombay and a Diploma holder in              Teaching Methodology on Montessori systems of Child Education.  She is extensively trained on Child Developmental              Psychology, Educational Sociology and Model Teaching - practical with activity concepts of learning and has attended               very many workshops in USA, UK and Europe.

Padma is a proven performer with track record of success in Nursery Education involving high degree of initiative, commitment, and organizational leadership qualities and more than 30 years experience in childcare and children’s education in India and overseas. Padma visualizes a pre-school where children are left to themselves, and learn in an atmosphere of freedom. She considers that developing the child’s malleable personality is more important than teaching the child just the letters of the alphabet or numbers. She regards the education of the very young as a combined cooperative effort between the school and the parent.
